How long will it take receive my order?
Goods will be sent via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be provided and signature on delivery is required. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on our stock availability, your delivery address and when you make your selection. In general allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
Can I add something, remove something or change something on my order?
We want you to love everything on your order. We would be happy to help modify your order if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance. If your order has already been shipped, please place a new order for the additional item, or you may return the original item(s).
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide. For heavier orders above 20kg delivery is a flat rate of $18.
For International shipping, we offer two flat rate shipping options:
For $18, orders will be sent out using Registered International Air Mail through Australia Post. Delivery of your order may take 3-14 days. A tracking number will be provided.
For $50, orders will be sent out using DHL Express. Delivery of your order will take 1-3 working days. Full tracking is provided from the DHL website.
Orders received by 9am AEST on a business day and pending credit verification, will be dispatched on that business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit verification.

What is your return policy?
We would like our customers to be completely happy with your orders, if for any reason an item is not as you expected, it can be returned (at your expense) to receive a full refund. Please notify us by email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to return it. Items will only be accepted for returns if the item is unused and is returned within 7 working days of receipt of purchase. A copy of the receipt must be included with the return.
If your item is damaged or defective please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to return it. We will replace or refund you for defective products if notified of any damage or defects on the day of receipt. Items will only be accepted for returns if the item is unused and is returned within 7 working days of receipt of purchase. A copy of the receipt must be included with the return.
How do I return something?
Returns must be sent to P.O Box 51, Willoughby, NSW 2068.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. You are welcome to ship via any carrier, but we do suggest insuring your package and retaining the tracking number as we do not accept the responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit. We reserve the right to refuse items that are further damaged and will be sent back to the customer.
When can I expect to receive a refund for returned items?
Once we receive your return, you can expect us to process your refund within 14 business days. Longer wait times can occur during high volume periods.
How do I exchange something?
For faster service, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for and return the original item(s). We generally process returns within 10 business days of receiving it. Longer wait times can occur during high volume periods. Please notify us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.
